Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping with Signavio: Assist in creating and refining business process maps using Signavio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Support the analysis of existing processes and propose optimizations.

Tracking Automation Initiatives:

• Monitor and track the progress of various automation initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain project timelines, highlight key milestones, and elevate potential risks or delays.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate the status of automation projects to senior leadership.

Junior Project Manager Support:

• Provide support to project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Help in preparing project documentation, meeting agendas, and presentations.
• Participate in project meetings, capturing key action points and following up with stakeholders.
• Support the team in project coordination tasks such as resource allocation, task management, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools, preferably Signavio (training can be provided).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
