JUBM Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Management Executive (Construction) to support the Project Director and Project Manager in delivering construction projects on time and to quality standards. You will help plan, coordinate and execute activities while liaising with stakeholders and maintaining project documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management, with at least 5 years in construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple work packages and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and implementing project activities.

Senior Project Management Executive (Construction)

The Senior Project Management Executive (Construction) will support the Project Director and Project Manager in the successful delivery of construction projects. This role involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that all project activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.

The Senior Project Management Executive (Construction) will work closely with the Project Manager to:

• Assist in planning and implementing project activities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining document control.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Project Director in a timely and organized manner.

Job Requirements & Person Specification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
