Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, site supervision and contractor coordination within construction or property development.
• Hands-on experience managing high-rise, township, and industrial park developments.
• Proven track record of handling on-site challenges and driving quality outcomes.
• Educational background as stated above; professional certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement detailed project execution plans in line with approved budgets, timelines and quality requirements.
• Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors and other team members.
• Oversee site construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide structured project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support or lead budget preparation and cost tracking for assigned projects.
