Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Governance Analyst to strengthen governance, oversight and reporting across the project portfolio. You will standardize metrics and deliver insights to senior leadership.

You will use Jira, Confluence, Power BI and Excel to consolidate data and drive automated reporting, improving governance across programmes and projects in a fast-paced banking technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4–6 years in project governance, portfolio management or PMO.
• Experience in governance reviews, portfolio reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project Governance activities across the portfolio, including calendars, deliverables and action tracking.
• Track status, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions; elevate concerns to stakeholders.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly governance reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate Quarterly Partner Reviews with performance analysis and supporting materials.
• Prepare management reporting on hiring plans, demand and capacity, supplier performance and KPIs.
• Define and maintain standardized governance metrics, data sources and reporting templates.
• Use Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel to consolidate data and automate reports.
• Maintain organization chart and leadership documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance to improve data quality and governance compliance.
