Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile apps, React frontends, APIs, and backend platforms. You will own projects, manage changes, and ensure production readiness in a high-stakes banking environment.

You will lead cross-functional squads of 15–40 engineers across multiple vendors, mentor teams, and elevate engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical banking systems.
• Experience in digital banking platforms including mobile apps and frontends.
• Track record of improving delivery velocity and quality across multiple squads/vendors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery management for digital banking initiatives (mobile apps, React frontends, APIs, backend platforms).
• Oversee design, development, testing, release management, and production support for complex programs.
• Coach and grow cross-functional squads (15–40 engineers) and manage multiple vendors.
• Drive Agile/SCRUM execution with measurable productivity and velocity improvements.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Leads to align delivery with business priorities.
