Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain.
• Proven experience in IT project delivery in banking/finance is preferred.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage large data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle and Hadoop ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development and support for Compliance Technology domain.
• Plan technical deliverables and coordinate across application teams.
• Ensure quality through SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
• Monitor risks and provide status updates to project managers.
• Collaborate with System Analysts and SMEs to finalize requirements.
• Lead delivery within budget and schedule; mentor team and ensure SDLC adherence.
