OTG Lab is Singapore’s creative Website & Customised Solutions Development and Digital Marketing Agency. With a team of 90, we deliver impactful digital solutions that elevate our clients’ brands and drive measurable business results.
To date, we have worked with 800+ clients including Camel Nuts, CapitaLand, NUS, SIM, Far East Organization, Republic Polytechnic, Orchard Central, L’Oréal, Public Transport Council and more.
We are looking for a Project Executive who goes beyond coordination. Someone who can drive solutions, think independently, and take ownership of projects end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys solving problems, not just managing tasks
- can translate ideas into structured workflows or quick prototypes
- is comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver custom web and mobile solutions, while actively identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and ensuring projects move forward without constant direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive projects from idea to delivery, not just tracking progress
- Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into clear system flows / functional structures
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies - and propose solutions early
- Collaborate with developers to bring ideas to life (web & mobile applications)
- Create simple workflows, logic flows, or quick prototypes to validate ideas
- Facilitate discussions and keep both clients and internal teams aligned
- Ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are well managed
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, workflows, and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ownership mindset - you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Structured thinker - able to break down ideas into flows, logic, and actionable steps
- Proactive problem solver - when issues arise, you propose solutions (not just highlight problems)
- Bias for action - comfortable moving forward even with incomplete information
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication with both clients and internal teams
- Basic understanding of web / mobile systems (no coding required, but must be comfortable working with developers)
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable using or learning digital tools for prototyping, workflow mapping, or experimentation
- Good to Have
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools or rapid prototyping platforms
- Experience working on web or mobile app projects
- Interest in how systems, integrations, and user flows work
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- You don’t wait for instructions - you drive the next steps proactively
- You can take a rough idea and turn it into a clear, structured solution
- You identify potential issues before they become problems
- Clients and developers trust you to move projects forward independently
- Work from home (fully remote setup, expected to travel to SG for trainings and meetings)
- Health insurance
- Additional leave
- Performance bonus
