Job summary

OTG Lab is seeking a Project Executive to drive web and mobile solutions from idea to delivery. You will work with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into structured workflows, identify risks early, and keep projects moving forward with minimal direction.

Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers with strong communication skills, familiar with Agile/Scrum, and comfortable using no-code/low-code tools for rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and drive solutions beyond coordination.
• Strong structured thinking to translate ideas into clear workflows and functional structures.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to anticipate risks and dependencies.
• Ability to move projects forward with limited direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Effective communication with clients and internal teams to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from idea to delivery, not just tracking progress.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear system flows and structures.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement web and mobile solutions.
• Create simple workflows or prototypes to validate ideas.
• Facilitate discussions and keep clients and teams aligned.
• Ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are well managed.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and user experience.
