Job summary

DFINITI Technologies SDN BHD seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects across multiple industries from planning to execution. You will coordinate schedules, monitor milestones, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will interact with clients and vendors, translate requirements into field actions, and report progress to management. Strong English communication and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in any related Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing engineering projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Ensure all engineering and technical issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions.
