Job summary

Masimo Medical Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Engineer, Project to oversee interconnect projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

You will plan, lead, and monitor projects, working with engineering, procurement and QA to ensure requirements, timelines and quality are achieved. Occasional travel is expected to support domestic and international programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Experience in new product introduction of electro-mechanical products.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent computer skills - CAD, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in modern manufacturing principles and techniques.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on a periodic basis.

• Project planning and coordination
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Team collaboration and leadership with cross-functional teams
• Provide leadership and support to project team members
• Work with engineering on project and product requirements
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to meet timelines
• Define testing and quality assurance to meet standards
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for projects
• Track progress, milestones, and deliverables with reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
