Doka Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide engineering design and calculation support for high-rise buildings and civil infrastructure in the region. You will manage formwork design planning and may lead a team, supporting sales proposals and on-site execution.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, and excellent English communication. Travel readiness and ability to work in a dynamic, regional team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of formwork experience with international formwork systems.
• Knowledge in Doka Formwork Systems will be an advantage.
• Outstanding skills in Revit with working knowledge of Autocad and related software.
• Excellent proficiency in English and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit formwork models using Doka systems during the proposal stage.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings ensuring safe, economical and efficient designs.
• Prepare and review specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
• Provide material lists for quotations for Sales and Operations teams.
• Participate in staff training and ensure continuous knowledge in calculations and formwork.

This position requires someone who understands theFormwork and Scaffolding, and can manage formwork design planning independently as well as manage a team, if required and support in the sales proposal and pitching.

Your responsibilities

• As Senior Project Engineer, you will have regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.
• You will work with sales to prepare Revit formwork models using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the solution to be used for actual jobsites.
• You prepare and review engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy that the drawings indicate the proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs.
• You prepare and review specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
• You provide and review material lists for quotations for the Sales and Operations team, for shipments to the site.
• You participate in staff training programs ensuring continuous training is provided in calculations, formwork, product knowledge, computer systems/software applications, etc.
• You support the Sales Team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines).
• You ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations.
• You ensure that the policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are adhered to.
• Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.
