Job summary

Airswift in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned project professional to support the successful delivery of complex projects. You will ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and HSSE requirements.

You will review scopes, develop execution documents, coordinate activities, monitor performance, manage cost and resources, and lead close-out activities, engaging with clients, vendors, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and execution management.
• Strong ability to prepare and monitor project reports and metrics.
• Knowledge of HSSE, quality standards and PMCOM requirements.
• Ability to manage interfaces with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope and develop project execution documents, including Project Execution Plans (PEP).
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSSE, quality standards, and PMCOM requirements throughout project execution.
• Manage interfaces between clients, vendors, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and progress against the approved Master Document Register (MDR).
• Prepare and coordinate project reports, including DPR, WPR, and MPR.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, risks, and Forecast at Completion (FAC), escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontract activities to ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
• Support change management and ensure proper documentation of project variations.
• Lead project close-out activities, including compilation and submission of final project dossiers.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent).
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of project execution experience, preferably in Offshore Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCC, or Transportation & Installation (T&I) projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, reporting, stakeholder management, cost control, and contract administration.
