Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. You will shape strategy, governance, and execution to meet client expectations, quality, and budget targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years' experience in project management or construction projects.
Degree in construction/engineering or related field.
Strong leadership and client-management skills.
Experience with project governance and commercial management.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams across clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Develop and implement project execution strategies and KPIs.
Oversee schedule, cost, risk, and change control.
Manage invoicing processes using D365 and ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality.
Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
Provide guidance on procurement from tender to vendor selection.
Foster continuous team development and knowledge sharing.
