Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead overall management of complex construction projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety and schedule targets are met. You will coordinate between client, architects and consultants, manage master programmes, and oversee site manpower, materials and plant resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience on large international construction projects in Asia.
• Experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process will be preferred.
• Ability to lead large multi-disciplinary construction teams, with excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety and scheduling requirements are met.
• Coordinate between client, architects and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources in line with the project cost budget.
• Manage the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules and ensure updates are communicated.
