Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Planner/Execution lead to drive critical industrial/pharma/semiconductor projects in Johor. You will define success criteria, develop detailed plans, monitor budgets, and manage change control across multi-disciplinary teams.

Partner with clients and consultants to ensure governance, timely reporting, and delivery within quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience managing Industrial / Pharma / Semiconductor projects.
Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
Proven experience leading small to medium construction projects of low to medium complexity.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and support the achievement of project success criteria (time, cost, quality, performance).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Monitor project finances and ensure alignment with budgets with the quantity surveyor team.
Manage change control processes and ensure proper documentation.
Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate communication across stakeholders.
Prepare formal project progress reports and ensure governance and compliance with standards.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants; pursue opportunities within existing accounts.
