Qualifications

• Construction related degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and lead project execution strategy with KPIs and governance frameworks.
• Oversee procurement processes from tender strategy to vendor selection.
• Drive timely invoicing and financial control in collaboration with finance.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress through site inspections.
