Turner & Townsend in Malaysia seeks a Project Director in Project Management to lead complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. You will drive strategy, governance, risk and financial controls while steering client relationships and project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

This role also oversees invoicing via D-365, champions safety, quality and sustainability, and contributes to business growth through proactive proposals and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Construction related degree (PM/Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in project management or construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive client value and outcomes.
• Experience in client management within a consultancy or construction context.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams and governance across complex construction programs.
• Develop and execute project strategies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and invoicing processes (D-365).
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and success.
• Lead risk, change, schedule, and procurement activities end-to-end.
