Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project development, with at least 4 in a senior leadership role, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
8+ years in project development with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall project development lifecycle including feasibility studies, planning, execution and delivery.
Develop project strategies, timelines and budgets.
Oversee design, regulatory approvals and stakeholder management to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with internal and external teams including consultants, contractors and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide reports and updates to senior management on milestones and financial performance.
