Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall project development lifecycle including feasibility studies, planning, execution and delivery.
• Develop project strategies, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee design, regulatory approvals and stakeholder management to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including consultants, contractors and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide reports and updates to senior management on milestones and financial performance.
