TCS Automation & Security Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead delivery of utility-scale solar and industrial software projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and governance. You will own master schedules, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the main liaison to C‑suite clients, balancing scope, costs, and milestones.
Applying with PMP/Prince2, strong English, and 8–10 years of leadership in complex projects is required; local and international
We are seeking an accomplished, highly structured Senior Project Delivery Manager to spearhead the execution and governance of utility-scale solar and industrial software implementation projects. This is a pure delivery leadership and stakeholder management role focused on orchestrating the entire delivery lifecycle: driving project schedules, managing client expectations, defending commercial margins, enforcing milestone delivery, and holding multidisciplinary internal teams accountable to deadlines.
Key responsibilities
Formulate comprehensive Master Project Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and critical path plans
Rigorously track deliverables across concurrent projects to ensure timely execution against contractual milestones
Anticipate bottlenecks, implement corrective recovery plans, and ensure zero avoidable project slippage
Act as the single primary escalation point and trusted liaison for C-suite clients, project directors, and external stakeholders
Balance client demands against agreed scopes of work; proactively manage scope creep and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs)
Facilitate structured weekly progress reviews, steering committee sessions, and executive project briefings
Oversee project P&L, monitoring cash flow, committed costs, and milestone billing schedules
Keep project delivery strictly within approved financial budgets and margin targets
Direct and supervise internal technical delivery teams, including software engineers, automation/SCADA engineers, and field site leads
Oversee the end-to-end documentation stream: Project Charters, Method Statements, Risk Registers, FAT/SAT protocols, Progress Billing claims, and Handover Certificates
About you
Minimum 8–10 years of proven project management experience leading large-scale capital, infrastructure, EPC, or complex systems-integration projects
Sufficient high-level technical literacy to comfortably interface between engineering teams and non-technical client executives
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and driving accountability in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Demonstrated capability in budget governance, contract administration, scope protection, and vendor negotiation
Flawless written and spoken English with exceptional stakeholder-presentation and negotiation skills
Solid grasp of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Professional certification (PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent) is strongly favored
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
Local & foreign applicants are welcome to apply.
Competitive executive remuneration package aligned with international expatriate standards
Annual executive bonus tied to overall project margin delivery and milestone governance
