Job summary

Vodafone Malaysia is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to own and deliver complex multi-tower ICT programmes across regions. You will lead a matrix team, manage budgets and governance, and drive outcomes from opportunity through handover to business-as-usual operations.

You will partner with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders, maintaining schedules, measures and continuous improvement in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• An extensive track record of delivering complex customer projects or programmes within a fast-paced ICT or Telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Experience leading matrix teams in a highly matrixed, Agile organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrix-team across geographical locations, cultures and organisations to deliver programmes.
• Manage programme budgets, governance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end programme delivery and ensure contractual obligations are met.
