Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• PM education such as PMP or Scrum Master is preferred.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs as the primary interface between the company and contract manufacturers, addressing feedback and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage lifecycle, budgets, and scheduling.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee daily operations to meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate program timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive cost management and continuous improvement for on-time delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and suppliers.
• Work with engineering, quality, regulatory, and logistics to align objectives.
• Maintain EMS relationships with regular meetings and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance metrics.
