Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Planning to lead the overall production planning function, ensuring efficient resource use, timely order delivery, and optimal inventory levels. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Eng/Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role; strong ERP/MRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee short-, mid-, and long-term production plans to meet customer demand.
• Lead Master Production Schedule (MPS) and align with forecasts and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to translate demand into executable plans.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Provide KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and contingency planning to senior management.
