Job summary

Microtronics Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Production Planner to manage end-to-end planning for EMS manufacturing in Johor Bahru. The role coordinates customer orders, demand forecasts, and material availability to ensure timely delivery and optimal capacity utilization.

The successful candidate will develop weekly/monthly production plans, release work orders, and monitor KPIs such as OTD and inventory accuracy. Strong ERP/MRP experience and SAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years in Production/Supply Chain planning within manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge preferred.
Strong understanding of planning, inventory, and supply chain processes.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and review customer orders and forecasts; maintain SAP/ERP records.
Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and capacity.
Release work orders and material requisitions; manage kitting.
Monitor material availability and resolve supply issues with Purchasing.
Track KPIs: On-Time Delivery, plan adherence, inventory accuracy; report to management.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Stores, and Logistics.
