Jabil is seeking a Production Planner to manage all planning activities for a dedicated workcell. You will mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators, develop the Master Production Schedule, and ensure 100% on-time delivery while maintaining accurate BOMs and routings.

You will load the MPS into Jabil’s ERP system, ensure PO coverage, and reconcile it weekly to demand. APICS certification and strong MRP knowledge are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• APICS certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP and lead times for specific component types.
• Understanding of internal run rates and test development lead times.
• Ability to build a product through complete BOM and routing.
• Proven ability to manage master production scheduling and capacity planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage all planning activities for the dedicated assigned workcell.
• Mentor Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the workcell.
• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into the ERP system, including PO coverage.
• Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to ensure alignment with demand.
• Maintain 100% on-time delivery and 95% MPS goal.
• Own production planning, BOM and document control with/without support.
• Lead creation of BOMs and routings for accurate WIP tracking and inventory.
