Job summary

Lam Research in Kulim, Malaysia seeks a Master Scheduler to plan and coordinate production across the full cycle. You will translate engineering plans into schedules, load labor, and secure material availability to meet production targets.

This role requires collaboration with engineering, production, and sales teams and a proactive approach to resolving shortages and bottlenecks. As part of a global operations group, you’ll work in an On-site Flex / Virtual Flex environment, balancing on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in master scheduling or production planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinates and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
• Work from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
• Provide input to management; schedule and/or interface with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
• Work to resolve design changes related labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Oversee the master schedules and ensure compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
