Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks an experienced Senior Officer, Planning to drive production scheduling, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external vendors. You will optimise stock levels and maximise 3rd party revenue while meeting customer delivery needs.

You will partner with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing, and you will backup other planners when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 10 years planning experience.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with planning systems such as Rapid Response, Kinaxis, and APS.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and drive production schedules to meet customer requirements and capacity.
Lead recovery planning for production failures and adjust plans with stakeholders.
Interface with Delivery Management to ensure accurate shipment commitments.
Monitor capacity constraints and collaborate across engineering and production teams to avoid disruptions.
Review monthly output and revenue targets and ensure alignment with commitments.
Manage inventory movement and buffer stock to optimize end-to-end DSI for connectors.
Perform monthly reviews of DSI, service levels, and shelf life to minimize waste.
Align published lead times with actual performance and plant metrics.
