Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Technical Project Manager (NPI / Product Development) to lead global cross-functional teams from concept to production launch. You will partner with customers, product management, engineering, operations, and suppliers to deliver connectivity solutions that meet objectives and expectations.

You will manage charters, schedules, risk, and governance, mentor teams, and ensure on-time delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of project management experience in a product development or technical business environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving product development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-functional teams through the New Product Development process from initiation to production launch.
• Develop and maintain project charters defining strategy, scope, finances, deliverables, and schedules.
• Own project communications and reporting to internal management and external customers.
