AirAsia Berhad is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own and drive product strategy for AirAsia’s digital platforms. You will shape the backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, and guide features from concept to production.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in E-Commerce.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO.
• Experience managing high-traffic E-Commerce sites (500k+ visitors/day).
• Understanding of APIs, Microservices, data science, UI/UX; JS or Python.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design and deliver product backlog across AirAsia platforms.
• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization to maximize value.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
• Plan release milestones and coordinate with Agile teams to meet goals.
