Job summary

AirAsia X is seeking a product manager to help shape and deliver digital experiences across our core customer journeys in Malaysia. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into a clear product backlog and drive delivery with engineering teams.

Focus areas include booking, check-in, chatbot, payments, ancillaries, and communications, while continuously improving ease of use and overall customer satisfaction across AirAsia digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define and deliver the product backlog for booking, check-in, chatbot, payments and ancillaries.
• Bring ease of use and simplicity to AirAsia digital platforms, enhancing the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team on new ideas.
