Job summary

WAC Wano Connect Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for AirAsia-related digital platforms serving customers and merchants.

You will work with stakeholders and engineering teams to drive CRO, A/B testing, and scalable architectures using APIs, microservices, and cloud services. Lead product planning, prioritize features, and guide agile teams to deliver high-value functionality while keeping a strong focus on user

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in product management, preferably in E-Commerce or travel domains.
• Experience managing high-traffic e-commerce sites (500k+ visitors/day).
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, data analytics, UI/UX, JavaScript and/or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud) and related services.
• Solid knowledge of Agile processes and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product backlog for customer and merchant platforms.
• Lead planning of releases and set expectations for new functionality delivery.
• Ensure groomed backlog and prioritize features aligned with product strategy.
• Analyze market and user needs; drive roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Guide Agile teams, mitigate impediments, and maintain progress toward sprint goals.
