Job summary

Tau by Taylor's is building a new B2B corporate learning and development platform. We seek a Senior Product Manager to define and own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with Engineering, Learning, Design, Operations, Commercial, and enterprise clients to deliver measurable value.

You will balance strategic thinking with execution, run discovery workshops, write user stories, refine backlogs, analyze metrics, and partner with teams to unblock delivery in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in building digital products, ideally SaaS
• Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience taking products from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement
• Excellent ability to translate problems into clear product requirements and user stories
• Experience managing backlogs and working with Agile development teams
• Strong prioritisation skills and data-informed decision making
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs
• Experience with product analytics tools and enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and discovery with deep customer understanding
• Lead collaboration with enterprise clients, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify opportunities
• Translate needs into a clear vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own the product backlog and write clear acceptance criteria and user stories
• Work with Engineering to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Collaborate with Learning and Operations to integrate content, analytics, and learning experiences
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch
• Facilitate product workshops, roadmap discussions, and backlog refinement sessions
