Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS is seeking a Product Manager for Systems Management to lead the development and continual improvement of IT Systems Management learning products and curricula. You will work with subject matter experts, learning designers, and vendors to ensure content is practical and aligned with industry and education frameworks.

You will guide curriculum development and training delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring content stays current with evolving technologies and requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Systems Management, including on-premises servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering or training Microsoft courses, Project Management, ITIL, or related technical programmes.
• Microsoft Azure certification is required.
• AWS certification is preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development, content development, or learning design is preferred.
• Familiarity with university education frameworks and academic requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable delivering training and supporting learners across geographies via online platforms.
