Job summary

Grab is seeking a Product Manager (Business Applications) to own end-to-end strategy for rationalising and replacing GTS-managed SaaS tools. This high-visibility role partners with engineering, procurement and business operations to migrate away from legacy or costly third-party tools toward internally built platforms, open-source solutions, or renegotiated contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrable ownership of enterprise tooling or SaaS consolidation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional migrations involving IT, Finance, Legal and end users.
• Solid understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape including ITSM, productivity, workflow automation, analytics and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for all active Business Applications workstreams.
• Write clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for internal builds and coordinate with engineering.
• Plan and coordinate user migrations, including comms, training, cutover timelines and rollback contingencies.
• Track adoption post-migration and drive decommissioning of legacy SaaS.
