Job summary

EngageRocket is seeking a Senior Product Manager to translate product direction into executable outcomes and to work closely with customers, Engineering, and teams across the organization. This role emphasizes execution, customer insight, and delivering measurable product value.

The ideal candidate will have strong ability to turn ambiguous inputs into concrete requirements, maintain backlog quality, and lead cross-functional delivery while managing delivery risk and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product delivery roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to define and refine product requirements.
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand goals, constraints, and pain points.
• Translate customer inputs into clear problem statements, scopes, and success criteria.
• Break complex initiatives into achievable milestones with clear ownership and sequencing.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned product areas, from discovery through release and iteration.
• Drive backlog quality, requirement clarity, and prioritisation.
• Resolve ambiguity and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Act as a connective layer across Engineering, People Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Communicate progress, changes, and constraints clearly to both internal teams and customers.
• Maintain shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pay close attention to edge cases, dependencies, and downstream impact.
