Job summary

Reap is building a dedicated team to enable agentic capabilities across all teams. You will design and ship scalable, self-serve workflows and tooling, owning end-to-end processes from discovery to execution.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with agentic systems, context management, and eval design, plus a track record of shipping reliable platforms. You will partner with engineering and product teams to move fast while maintaining governance, security, and observability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production agentic systems.
• Strong stack fluency and ability to design end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with deployment and observability.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define leverage in how teams operate and where agentic capabilities improve customer experience.
• Build self-serve motions and curated tooling libraries.
• Own end-to-end workflows and optimize for speed and reliability.
• Lead design to enable always-on, scalable platforms with evals and governance.
