Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Embedded Finance to own a significant domain of our card-program platform. You will shape its direction, work with engineering, compliance, and legal, and partner with clients and processors to ensure compliant, high-impact outcomes.

You will leverage AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, specs, and decision-making while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory requirements and product quality.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of cards and payments stack and compliance as an interconnected system.
• Experience with APIs end-to-end and reading specs.
• Active practice of using AI tools to improve work output.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service end-to-end, from problem definition to delivery.
• Drive product outcomes with engineering, compliance, and legal, and inform direction with external partners.
• Define success metrics and use data to steer the domain; maintain high product quality.
• Embed AI-native practices across the team and explore AI-assisted capabilities.
