Job summary

Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI to lead the building of production-grade AI capabilities across the platform. You will own the AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and governance, partnering with Compliance, Security, and Operations to deliver safe, scalable AI-powered solutions.

You will set technical direction, supervise a small senior team, and drive adoption of end-to-end AI systems that enable rapid, responsible automation across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI or agentic systems in production.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI stacks and orchestration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering effort to make AI a production capability across Reap.
• Own the AI platform layer, internal AI infrastructure, and safe build practices.
• Set technical direction and participate in code and design reviews across teams.
• Hire and grow a senior team and measure impact by production throughput and quality.
