Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product for Visa & Remittance. You will perform end-to-end product analysis within financial services, map dependencies with related systems, and drive projects with business and tech teams.

You will author PRDs and conduct walkthroughs with Business Owners, Technology, Compliance, Risk and UX, coordinating with IT project management to ensure milestones stay on track.

Qualifications

• Tertiary or professional qualification in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry.
• Analytical skills and data oriented mindset.
• Passion for product development and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Financial Services (Remittance) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product analysis for Visa & Remittance within Financial Services.
• Understand the product ecosystem and dependencies with related systems.
• Initiate and drive projects, raise IT requests, and write PRDs.
• Lead PRD walkthroughs with stakeholders including Business Owners, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and UX.
• Collaborate with IT PM to keep systems PICs progressing to schedule.
