Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Malaysia seeks a Product Engineer who owns all aspects of a product’s performance from concept to high-volume production. You will align customer requirements with internal specs, review manufacturing processes, and drive yield and quality initiatives across the line.

You will interface with customers and internal R&D teams throughout the sales/NPI lifecycle, presenting findings and leading change-management to ensure successful device integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in product, quality, or design.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and SPC/DOE/statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with JMP for data analysis is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead yield management and drive yield improvement across process zones.
• Analyze manufacturing data to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Identify sources of non-compliance via failure analysis and data mining.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D to resolve performance issues.
• Drive cost and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Interface with customers and R&D for device integration.
• Develop and maintain yield models and failure-tracking systems.
• Negotiate and manage documentation of product specifications.
• Present findings and project status to stakeholders.
