Qualifications

- Experience across multiple engineering disciplines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of equipment.
- Define strategies for scale-up, capacity expansion, and new technology introduction.
- Lead equipment architecture reviews and supplier engagements.
- Support FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and production qualification.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturability and OEE.
