Job summary

• 5+ years of related experience preferred.

• Quality Execution: Understands customer needs and drives continuous improvement of tools and processes, ensuring technical success of programs.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Plays a key role in hiring, developing and upskilling technical and leadership talent to meet customer demands.
• Leads by example to reinforce Plexus Core Values and guides succession planning and coaching for team growth.
• Cost Management: Optimizes non-billable hours and plans staffing to meet customer and business needs.
• Project Management: Manages resources, scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables for projects.
