Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Penang, Malaysia to lead the core technology efforts and direct a functional engineering team. You will oversee technical projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and contribute to the team culture and Plexus Core Values.

Responsibilities include resource planning, program execution, and coaching staff to grow capabilities while maintaining quality processes and CAPA resolution where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5 or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Execution: Ensure technical success of programs by understanding customer needs, staffing programs with appropriate resources, and driving continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Expand and grows technical and leadership competencies by hiring diverse and high potential talent that enhances our people, product and process capabilities.
• Demonstrates Plexus Core Values; develops and coaches team to realize their potential.
• Cost Management: Drive non-billable hours optimization, minimize administrative tasks and maximize value-add activities within the team.
