Job summary

Molex Malaysia, part of the CCS division, seeks a Senior / Project Management Engineer to bridge product management, development and manufacturing. The role leads cross-functional teams in NPD, manages schedules, costs and risks, and ensures timely project execution from concept to production.

Strong PMP foundations and experience with PDP are preferred. Join a global team delivering innovative solutions and supporting customer needs while driving year-over-year growth through effective program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a project management or engineering role with scope, schedule, cost and risk management knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to drive projects to completion.
• Experience working across all levels of an organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in new product development, product modifications, and capacity expansion projects.
• Monitor project schedules, define critical paths, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes while conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans.
• Respond to RFQ, DMF, and GCA requests within established timeline goals.
• Own project reporting and drive effective communication with management and customers.
• Lead and mentor team members on project management principles and PDP methodologies.
