Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda unit in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager, Product Deployment to drive GTM initiatives across regions. You will unite customers, vendors, riders, and regional teams with product leadership to shape strategy and actionable business cases.

You will lead cross-functional rollouts, define success metrics, build deployment playbooks, and coach mid-level and junior specialists while maintaining alignment with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product operations or PM roles in multi-region companies
• Strong analytical skills translating insights into recommendations
• Experience coordinating multi-team product rollouts and cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from local and regional stakeholders and translate into business cases
• Define success metrics and drive data-driven proposals to leadership
• Lead cross-functional rollout of product initiatives across functions
• Maintain alignment with senior stakeholders through updates and checkpoints
