Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a dynamic Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst to join the Product Analytics team. You will work on end-to-end product problems, access rich user data, and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to influence product direction.

You will design and analyse A/B tests, define product metrics and OKRs, and build self-service dashboards using modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or similar.
• Strong SQL experience; BigQuery a plus.
• Experience designing online controlled experiments and stats-based result analysis.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio.
• Experience handling large-scale user data (transactions, click streams).
• Familiarity with analytics tools for customer behavior tracking (GA, Adobe, Mixpanel, Snowplow).
• Experience using AI tools to solve analytics problems is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests with robust statistics.
• Define product metrics framework and quarterly OKRs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Define tracking requirements and coordinate with engineers for QA.
• Build data pipelines and self-service dashboards.
