Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Marketing and Experimentation Data Analyst to directly impact marketing strategy across 16 markets. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and leverage AI to build future analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing robust testing methodologies, developing ML and causal models, and delivering actionable insights with Looker/Tableau dashboards and BigQuery/dbt data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• 3+ years supporting Marketing, Growth, Brand, or similar teams with data-backed recommendations.
• Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with statistical modeling, experimentation, and scalable data products.
• Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments and translating insights into actions.
• Experience mentoring other analysts and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical methodologies including A/B/geo tests and ML models to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend.
• Collaborate with senior marketing stakeholders, present insights, and drive alignment across teams.
• Define measurement frameworks and develop SQL models to transform large datasets using BigQuery and dbt.
• Design and build dashboards and agentic tools to support decision-making for business leaders.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Identify AI-powered solutions and scale repeatable workflows with AI tools and prompt pipelines.
