Job summary

Mewah Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive/Engineer to join our Port Klang team in Selangor, Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services, negotiate contracts, and build strong supplier relationships to support our manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and a proven ability to drive efficiencies across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement/supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
• Strong inventory management, cost analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment and services.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts to obtain best terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Analyse market trends, pricing and supply chain dynamics.
• Implement inventory management systems to optimise stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
