Job summary

Qualifications

At least 20 years of solid experience in process activities within Oil & Gas, including proposals, feasibility studies, project execution and operational support.
Proficiency in basic and detailed process design using standard simulation software (HYSYS, PRO/II).
Familiar with applicable industry codes, standards, specifications and regulations in the O&G sector.
Demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary project teams and ability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, organize and manage the workload of the Process Team with efficient resource allocation.
Mentor and develop Junior Process Engineers to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure standards (calculation notes, software tools, drawings, templates) are accessible and maintained.
Review and approve deliverables during bidding and detailed engineering with support from Process Experts.
Manage startup activities and coordinate with project execution teams.
Consolidate and report technical feedback to support continuous improvement.
