Job summary

Axens South East Asia Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, is looking for a Process Manager (F/M) to lead the Process Team and coordinate workload for key oil & gas projects. You will supervise start-up activities and ensure standards, tools and templates are maintained for efficient delivery.

Reporting to the Equipment Activities Associate Director, you will mentor engineers, support bids with process insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in process activities within oil & gas; proposals, feasibility, project execution and operational support.
• Proficiency in basic and detailed process design using standard simulation software (HYSYS, PRO/II).
• Familiar with industry codes, standards, specs and regulations in O&G.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, highly organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workload of the Process Team with efficient resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop Junior Process Engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure standards, calculation notes and templates are accessible and maintained.
• Review and approve deliverables during bidding and detailed engineering phases.
• Coordinate start-up activities with project execution teams.
• Provide technical feedback and support continuous improvement across projects.
